Rating 10 of 10: Everyone was very nice and helpful. Any questions I had were answered. I was so thankful that they had a loner car for me to use. I would have had no way to get to work unless I rented a car and due to financial situations there was no way that I had the money to rent one.

Rating 7 of 10: Pricing is a little high. I think $85 just to run a diagnostic test is too much. Most places don't charge you that much (if anything) when you have your car serviced.

The estimate was fast and accurate and the work was completed when promised. So far the quality of work has been very good and the repairs have held up even on what I consider to be relatively complex issues.
